All meals use organic seasonal products from our farm or nearby farms. Nothing can be healthier, fresher or tastier!
On our farm we grow a variety of fruit (including pomegranate, orange, lemon, tangerine, apricot, apple, grape, walnut, melon, cherry, quince, peach, water melon) as well as all kinds of vegetables and herbs both outdoors and in our greenhouse.
We also produce our own organic pomegranate juice bursting with antioxidants and vitamins.
Included in the price is a traditional Turkish farm breakfast with homemade jams, fresh free range eggs from our chickens, a variety of cheeses and olives, tomato, cucumber, fresh bread and much more.
A set dinner is available (booking required). We also frequently have barbecues (fish, meat, chicken).
Our speciality is testi kebab which is cooked in an earthernware vase and baked in our open fire.
We cater for vegetarians and non-vegetarians and can cook special dishes on request.
We serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
